I have just discovered the wonders of growing frangipanis from seeds. I initially planted them with their tails in the air as in your photos with no success until a family friend told me that you lay them flat on the soil and cover them with something (like a stick) so they dont blow away. I have so far had a 100% success rate of germination (some seeds still managed to fly away though). I know it sounds like a strange method of planting seeds but it works as my seeds sprouted in less than 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Years period.

Hi Amanda

Are you from the USA? I am in the South West of Western Australia and if you planted them in your winter then it may be time for me to try to germinate mine as we are approaching Winter.
kindest regards
