hi i just want to say this site has so much helpful info, i thought i would share with you that i once had a palm with some insect on it, and i lived in QLD and i got intouch with a large palm grower and his way to get rid of the bugs was to use your washing up water or washing water from your washing machine and pore that on to it and leave it on and that should kill them, and it did. so maybe you might want to try this on your palm. also i just want to thank you for all the info on your site its great thanks....
